The living room has a wood burning stove to enjoy during those cold winter nights as well as a balcony with a gas BBQ for your convenience. • $500 Security Deposit (fully refundable upon a successful condition/inventory check)

Payment Terms:

• If making your reservations more than 30 Days Prior to Arrival 50% of the total amount is due upon booking. The balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
• If making your reservations within 30 Days Prior to Arrival the total amount is due upon booking.
