The condo has a master bedroom with a queen size bed plus a loft with 4 twin beds, and 1 full bathroom with extra vanity area, sleeping up to 6 guests. Decorated in a Western & Indian style decor this condo gives you a unique retreat different then most mountain cabins. The master bedroom has its own TV with private sink area not shared with full bathroom in the hallway. In the living room you’ll find a sectional sofa, TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo system. The wood burning fireplace keeps this condo cozy and warm year round (wood is supplied). The Seasons 4 Mammoth Lakes condominium complex has a recreation room found in the main lobby which provides guests with many extra amenities such as ping-pong and a pool table. On-site laundry facilities, hot tub, and a heated swimming pool (summer months only) are also available to all guests who stay at Seasons 4.

Payment Terms:

• If making your reservations more than 30 Days Prior to Arrival 50% of the total amount is due upon booking. The balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
• If making your reservations within 30 Days Prior to Arrival the total amount is due upon booking.
