Eric Leach
As Owner/Operator of Resort Property Reservations, Eric Leach is also the Co-founder and Broker of Record for Resort Property Realty. Eric has an extensive real estate, mortgage, and financial background. For the past 9 years he has dedicated himself to serving his Mammoth Lakes clientele. Prior to moving to Mammoth Lakes in 2003, Eric worked in various financial and marketing positions throughout Orange County, CA. It was there he started and ran his own interactive multimedia company. Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northern Arizona University and is a Certified Debt Arbitrator.
His personal interests include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, climbing, martial arts, biking, camping and just enjoying the outdoor beauty of the Eastern Sierra with friends and family. His frequent backcountry adventures heighten his competitive edge. When Eric isn’t running around juggling life, he teaches a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class as part of his network affiliation under Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

As Co-Owner of Resort Property Reservations, Eryn’s drive for success doesn’t end there; she is also a licensed Realtor at Resort Property Realty. With a long history of family in Mammoth Lakes, Eryn Coffey is no stranger to the area. After making Mammoth Lakes her permanent home in 2005, she knows the local real estate inventory inside and out. Eryn has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from The University of Phoenix, and prior to her life in Mammoth she worked in various sales and marketing positions throughout Los Angeles county. She has a proven track record of pristine customer service and success with her clients.
Eryn moved to Mammoth not knowing how quickly she’d fall in love with the massive backyard of adventure that the Eastern Sierra has to offer. Her love for golfing, hiking, camping, cross country skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking satiate her appetite for the great outdoors.
