Owners…
What joining our rental program means to you!
Whether you’ve just purchased a second home, or have been a Mammoth Lakes homeowner for a while, Resort Property Reservations has the right rental management program for you. With a flexible staff that operates locally, our team is always on hand to assist both owners and guests alike. Customer service is our number one goal and it starts with your home!
Being locally owned and operated has many advantages. Resort Property Reservations provides the hands on approach to properly manage your property. Living in a mountain town which gets 400 plus inches of snow every year is wonderful, but at the same time, it takes great care to properly manage properties during these winter months. We will work to mitigate losses through inspections of your home throughout the year, and provide information on necessary maintenance to be completed. We strive to make sure that your home is well maintained to provide our guests the best rental experience.
Here are just a few reasons to utilize our extensive rental program:
- Competitive management fees
- Effective online and local marketing
- Web-based advertising
- High quality professional photography of your home
- Continued communication and updating from staff
- Superior customer service
- Detailed inventory and condition checks upon departure
- Prescreening of all rental guests
- In-house maintenance and housekeeping staff
Preserving your investment is extremely important to us. We aim to have the highest quality renters in your home while maximizing its rental ability. Our thorough rental contract with each guest and appropriate security deposits ensure that your home is well looked after.
“I love seeing that our condo is helping pay for itself. These monthly payments make me happy! Thank you for all your efforts to keep it rented. It’s rented this winter every weekend we haven’t been there and a few mid-weeks too… and that during a low-snow winter! I’m impressed and grateful for your efforts!”
