Being directly on the shuttle route and in town, allows you to shuttle to and from the lifts and walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. On the main level in this charming Mountain Shadows Mammoth Lakes home you will find a knotty pine full size futon pull out couch, flat screen TV, wood-burning stove, dining area, kitchen and full bathroom, along with a twin bed in the entry nook. The kitchen is fully stocked and bright with extra seating at the bar. Keep cozy by the wood burning stove in the family room during those cold winter days! Off the living/dining area is a large covered balcony and where you’ll find plenty of firewood.

The upstairs loft is roomy and nicely furnished with its own private full bathroom. All of the bedding, furniture, window treatments and accessories are brand new mountain décor, adding a warm woodsy feel to this Mountain Shadows Mammoth condo. There is a queen size bed and futon pull out couch. The condo has vaulted ceilings and a good amount of natural light from the sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. This complex also has two on-site hot tubs, as well as laundry facilities if needed. During the summer months, there is a swimming pool and sunny BBQ area for guests to enjoy as well.

• If making your reservations more than 30 Days Prior to Arrival 50% of the total amount is due upon booking. The balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
