The family room also has a flat screen TV and Xbox game console, along with plenty of DVD’s and games to keep you entertained during your stay. There is a bar area with 3 bar stools as well as a dining room table to enjoy home cooked meals with friends and family. The newly remodeled kitchen is spacious and supplied with all necessities to make you feel right at home. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed, private full bath, TV and DVD player. The upstairs loft has a full bed and 2 twin beds, with TV and private full bath as well. The Mountain Shadows Mammoth Lakes condominium complex also has two hot tubs on-site as well as laundry facilities if needed. During the summer months, there is a sunny pool and BBQ area for guests to enjoy as well.

Payment Terms:

• If making your reservations more than 30 Days Prior to Arrival 50% of the total amount is due upon booking. The balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
