Spacious and Affordable Mountain Shadows Mammoth Lakes Condo Comfortably Sleeps up to 8 Guests

Centrally located in the popular Mountain Shadows Mammoth condominium complex, this studio loft has taken advantage of all its space available, sleeping up to 8 guests! The entry way has a twin over twin bunk area across from the fully equipped kitchen with bar. The living area has two couches, one a pull out futon that can sleep two, with a twin located in a cozy nook area under the stairs. In the living room you’ll also find a wood burning stove, full bathroom, and private balcony. The upstairs loft has its own private full bathroom, queen size bed, and twin bed with storage drawers underneath. The loft has its own door and shutters to essentially make this its own private bedroom. This Mountain Shadows Mammoth Lakes condo gets plenty of light being a south facing corner unit. The complex also has two on-site hot tubs, and laundry facilities if needed. During the summer months, there is a sunny pool and BBQ area for guests to enjoy as well.

“I’ve been staying here 3 – 5 times a year for 3 seasons now. Its always clean and well stocked. Perfect for our family since theres two TV’s and bathrooms. Plenty of wood. And, plenty of beds. For a smallish place, it sure does accommodate many adults. Theres plenty of parking and the shuttle stop is literally right in front of the building. Its an end unit on second floor of two floor building so little to no noise from neighbors. The spa is about 40 yards from unit. The building is a short 10 minute walk to stores and shops. Cant say enough. My fave place to stay in Mammoth. “

Payment Terms:

• If making your reservations more than 30 Days Prior to Arrival 50% of the total amount is due upon booking. The balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
