Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably this condo is a great Mammoth retreat. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed connecting to the hall full bathroom. In the living room you’ll find a full pullout futon bed, flat screen TV, and DVD player.  The wood burning stove keeps this condo cozy and warm year round (wood is supplied).  The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room table that can seat up to 6 guests with huge sliding glass doors out to the large private deck with gas BBQ. This complex provides guests with many extra amenities such as a washer and dryer (in condo), shared hot tub, and hot sauna, and underground parking.

• 2 Vehicle Maximum
• $500 Security Deposit (fully refundable upon a successful condition/inventory check)
• $125 Cleaning Fee
• 13% Town Occupancy Tax
• 4pm check-in / 10am check-out

Payment Terms:

• If making your reservations more than 30 Days Prior to Arrival 50% of the total amount is due upon booking. The balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
• If making your reservations within 30 Days Prior to Arrival the total amount is due upon booking.
