There is a full bathroom in the hallway downstairs as well as on the main living area upstairs both beautiful remodeled with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, and new showers. In the living room you’ll find a queen pull out sofa to sleep an additional 2 more, with a flat screen TV, DVD player, as well as beautiful new furniture and décor. The wood burning stove and sunny spacious deck keep this condo cozy and warm year round (wood is supplied). The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room table that can seat up to 6 guests, the kitchen also being fully remodeled from head to toe with all new kitchen appliances. This complex provides guests with many extra amenities such as a shared hot tub, and a pool and tennis courts in the summer months.

• $500 Security Deposit (fully refundable upon a successful condition/inventory check)
• $125 Cleaning Fee
• 13% Town Occupancy Tax
• 4pm check-in / 10am check-out

Payment Terms:

• If making your reservations more than 30 Days Prior to Arrival 50% of the total amount is due upon booking. The balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
• If making your reservations within 30 Days Prior to Arrival the total amount is due upon booking.
