The kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace all boast new granite countertops and all the furnishings in the condo have been recently upgraded. You’ll find 2 flat screen HD TV’s, a DVD player, and stereo with in-ceiling speakers for guest use, and free wi-fi to keep you connected. The common area of the Chamonix Mammoth Lakes condominium complex has a swimming pool (open during the summer months), two shared spas, sauna, laundry facilities, and a recreational room.

The recreation room at the Chamonix Mammoth Lakes condo complex is located just across the way from the unit. It’s equipped with a large screen TV, fireplace, poker table and a youth loft with TV, free videos and ping pong table. Additional amenities include a business center with fax and copy facilities and a separate video game room.

Payment Terms:

• If making your reservations more than 30 Days Prior to Arrival 50% of the total amount is due upon booking. The balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
• If making your reservations within 30 Days Prior to Arrival the total amount is due upon booking.
